These sessions last about 53-60 minutes and typically start off at a weekly frequency, often lessening as goals are met. We will work together to tailor these sessions to your individual needs and goals. Sessions should feel safe, supportive, useful, and at times, challenging, as you may need to work through uncomfortable emotions and experiences. We will work to equip you with the resources you need to navigate any discomfort with adaptive coping skills and a sense of security.
