These sessions last about 53-60 minutes and typically start off at a weekly frequency, often lessening as goals are met. We will work together to tailor these sessions to your individual needs and goals. Sessions should feel safe, supportive, useful, and at times, challenging, as you may need to work through uncomfortable emotions and experiences. We will work to equip you with the resources you need to navigate any discomfort with adaptive coping skills and a sense of security.
Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder is an eating disorder which requires specialized training to effectively identify and treat. If you suspect you or a loved one may have ARFID, reach out. We can offer an evaluation to provide you with an accurate diagnosis, resources, and individualized treatment planning.

We are able to provide supervision to those pursuing their clinical licensure and/or Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification. We believe in supporting and equipping students and learners as you grow your clinical skillset, and it would be an honor to provide your supervision.
